Welcome to Abaya by Sanhan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website www.abayabysanhan.com and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
• These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Website and your purchase of products from Abaya by Sanhan.
• By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payments are securely processed via PayPal, which allows payment with PayPal accounts or credit/debit cards. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
• Prices on the Website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) but are based on international market rates. Shipping costs and taxes may vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
• Customers shall be responsible for the payment of customs and duty charges, as they arise in the course of shipment.
• Abaya by Sanhan reserves the right to charge the Customer’s payment method in order to defray customs and duties charges or fees as they arise in the course of shipment or delivery of the product.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time
• UAE: 1–2 business days
• Canada: 3–7 business days
• International: 3–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
• Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not
responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs procedures.
• Abaya by Sanhan shall not be liable for losses or damages to the product while in transit. The Customer shall hold Abaya by Sanhan harmless from all losses arising out of shipment and delivery of the product.
At Abaya by Sanhan, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our abayas. To ensure hygiene and customer satisfaction, the following return and exchange guidelines apply:
4.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Abayas must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging.
• Items must include all original tags and accessories.
• Worn, used, or altered abayas cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your abaya is defective or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same
item, subject to availability.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4.2 Return Timeframe
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
4.3 How to Return or Exchange
• Contact our customer service team at info@abayabysanhan.com to initiate a return or exchange.
• Pack the abaya securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• Include the original invoice or receipt.
4.4 Refunds
• Refunds will be processed as follows:
◦ Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
◦ PayPal or Digital Wallets: 2–5 business days
◦ Bank Transfers: 5–15 business days depending on the bank
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4.5 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
• All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Abaya by Sanhan and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our Website without prior written permission.
6.1 The Site is for your [personal and non-commercial] use only. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree:
6.1.1. not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, or prohibited by these terms and conditions;
6.1.2. not to defame or disparage anybody or make comments of an obscene, derogatory or offensive manner or otherwise use the Site or its Content in a way that brings us or any third party into disrepute or causes us to be liable to any third party;
6.1.3. not to [reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, license,
sublicense, display, revise, perform, transfer, sell or otherwise] make available to any third party or otherwise publish, deep-link, create derivative works from or exploit in any way the Site or its Content except as permitted by us under these terms or as expressly provided under
applicable law and/or under any Additional Terms;
6.1.4. not to use the Site to distribute viruses or malware or other similar harmful software code;
6.1.5. not to represent or suggest that we endorse any other business, product or service unless we have separately agreed to do so in writing; and
6.1.6. that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site and shall be solely responsible for keeping your password and other account details confidential.
6.2 We reserve the right to prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abaya by Sanhan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or products purchased.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that errors will not occur.
• Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and without notice to you.
