If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent or a manufacturing defect), we will
provide a full refund or replacement after verification. Items must be unused, unworn, and in
their original condition with tags intact.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been
processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
