What is the status of my online order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your abaya is shipped,
tracking details will be sent so you can follow your delivery. For assistance, contact info@abayabysanhan.com.
Choose your abaya and size, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. An order confirmation
email will be sent once payment is successful.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at
checkout.
What are the payment terms?
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are processed only after payment
confirmation. Installment payment options are available at checkout through selected
payment providers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer both local and international shipping. Shipping options and costs are shown at
checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Local deliveries take 2–5 business days.
International deliveries take 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled before dispatch only. Please contact us as soon as
possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your abaya arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item
and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in
original packaging with all tags attached. Worn items cannot be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after inspection:
• Cards: 5–10 business days
• PayPal / Digital Wallets: 2–5 business days
• Bank transfers: 5–15 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
